The terms of business set out below provides the basis on which Revoclife Ltd. will provide business services to you as a client of the firm. Should you have any queries we will be happy to deal with them.
  • Revoclife Ltd. is authorised and regulated by the Irish Financial Services Regulatory Authority as an Authorised Advisor and a copy of the firm's statement of authorised status from the Irish Financial Services Regulatory Authority is attached.
  • Revoclife Ltd. trade with authorised product producers only, but in doing so cannot guarantee the continuing solvency of said product nor can we be held responsible for the insolvency of any such product producer.
  • Revoclife Ltd. is authorised to offer broad-based investment advice. this includes advice on life assurance policies, aerious illneww and other protection policies, pensioin policies and other related retirement policies, savings and investment life assurance policies.
  • Revoclife Ltd. is authorised to offer broad based insurance advice including property, motor, liability, marine, aircraft, home, guarantee and all related non-life insurance.
  • Revoclife Ltd. is regulated by Director of Consumer Affairs for its Mortgage Brokering business.
  • Revoclife Ltd. is a deposit broker for Anglo Irish Bank.
  • Revoclife Ltd. is authorized to receive and transmit orders on your behalf to product producers from which it had received a written letter of appointment.
  • Revoclife Ltd. is renumerated by both commission fees and fees for non-life insurance arrangements and may in certain classes of buiness charge an arrangement fee. This fee varies but is maximum of €12.70 for house and €26 for motoe with a maximum of 5% for commercial.
  • Revoclife Ltd. policy is to avoid any conflict of interest when providing business services to its client. However, ahould any unavoidable conflict arise we will advise you of this in writing before procedding to provide any business service. If you have not been advised on any such conflict you are entitled to assume that none arises.
  • Revoclife Ltd. is a member of the Investor Compensation Scheme, which provides certain remedies to eligible clients in the event of default by the firm. The main details of the operation and conditions of the scheme are attached.
  • Revoclife Ltd. will if necessary exercise its legal rights to receive any payments due to it from clients for business services provided by the firm. The main details of the operation and conditions of the scheme are attached. In addition to the Compensation available under the 'Investor Compensation Act 1998', Revoclife Ltd. is bonded through its membership of IBA for €200,00 with an inner limit of €65,000 per client.
  • Revoclife Ltd. will if necessary exercide its legal rights to receive payments due to it from clients for business services provided by the firm. Details of the effect of any default on payments due under any products arranged for your benefit will be included in the product producers relevant policy terms and conditions.
  • If you have any complaint in relation to the business services provided by the firm you should outline the nature of your complaint to the firm in writing. The complaint will be fully investigated by Revoclife Ltd. and a full response will be provided to you. While our investigation of any complaint is ongoing we will provide you with a regular written update. In the event that you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a complaint or if your complaint is not resolved within four months you are entitled to refer your complaint to the Irish Financial Services Regulatory Authority.
